It's really gone downhill after Valley Health took over. The usual transfer kerfuffles were expected, but it's gotten bad. My son's two year well visit got scheduled for about 3 weeks before he turned two. When we showed up for the appointment, we were told that insurance wouldn't cover it because he wasn't two yet.
