Horrible customer service. Evidently, they have too many patients already. Will not see existing patients unless you get another referral from a family doctor.

After waiting a month for my appointment I arrived to find that I needed to be fasting, no caffeine or cigarettes since midnight prior to my appointment. That information would have been good to have when they called to schedule, not after the fact. Now I have to take more time off work because we had to reschedule.
Had a 8 am appt today They were "NO CALL NO SHOW".........Received apology an cancellation call at 915am
Been here many times never seen the doc my mom calls him invisible doc. Lol
Wait times can be somewhat long, but have always had excellent care.
Do not give them billing information to put on file!!!! I just had to cancel a prenatal appointment because they made an unauthorized charge on my account. It's been 3 days since I first contacted them and I still have not received the refund.
