Arrived for my exam and had a very pleasant experience getting my vitals and then during my VA evaluation. Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend this provider. The xray tech has very friendly support dog, cute little corgi.

So as a Service Member doing my C&P, I have no idea where the negative comments are coming from. I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. The Drs, Nurses, & Technicians all showed compassion, empathy, and sympathy. Even took the time out to just speak with me "person to person" not just "Doctor to Patient" Please do not let the bad comments determine the care you will receive, because you will be treated amazing by everyone. I was very nervous because of the reviews but my experience was wonderful.All the staff was helpful and polite especially my provider Ms. Diane she made sure all my concerns were addressed and had a great sense of humor while doing so.
The front desk staff and audiologist were caring, understanding, empathetic, and courteous during my labs, audiology’s exam, and X-rays. The facility was clean and well maintained. Great customer service. 🙏🏼
