Rented a car for 4 days and payed 250 for downpayment. Went to the location 6am to pickup the SUV. The car was there but locked. No keys. Tried to call them 30x but no answer. Waited 2 hrs but no return call. All my plans were cancelled. Monday I tried to call them and they didnt know what happened. You dont just say sorry to the customer and thats it. I lost money and time. Im not recommending this place.
Best company to rent a car from. Great range of vehicles to choose. Customer Service is above and beyond. Plus Cat 1&2 cuddles are a sweet bonus!
My car wouldn’t start while travelling and they were very friendly and helpful and were sending a tow truck and rental car for very fair prices. When the car started after sitting a while and I needed to cancel the tow, they were very friendly and understanding.
