Dealing with a repo, Kimberly at the saucier location was very helpful, communicative and personable thru the process of retrieving my property from them! Had no issues with it or the company. If you have to go to south central for repos or tows, I'd highly recommend asking for Kimberly!
My girlfriend had her car towed last week by them. No one told her it was being told and she didn’t realize it was towed until hours later. She makes an appointment to go retrieve her items and lets them know she knows what’s in the car and that there’s an expensive gift in the car. They removed my vehicle off my property without warning, without knocking on my door, they didn't tell me anything and my personal belongings were still in the vehicle. When I called to schedule an appointment to retrieve my things, no one answers the phone and the website to schedule an appointment is a joke. Now they're telling me it's a $75 plus 3.5% processing fee that I gotta pay by card only at the site. Honestly, I’m leaving this review for anyone who has been in my position or is in my position currently. I’m also mainly leaving this review because I see all the reviews on here of this company is negative and if i’m being completely honestly when my car got took last week and i came to read the reviews … it scared me. The customer service was awful and very disrespectful. They trashed my car and then changed my miles on my car than what it originally was. I was dissatisfied with the car of my car. They must thought I wasn't going to come bavk and get it. It was only 7 days.
