Kate with red/ strawberry blonde hair was extremely rude to my partner as she picked up her vehicle. My partner’s card was locked initially and Kate response was “ yeah your card is not working call your bank you’ll have to leave.” When my partner explained that it was locked and she could try again Kate’s response “ well hurry and unlock it.” She refused to answer any questions about missing personal items or a receipt. What an absolute joke of company. They stole six items out of my truck. All were documented. They are the least helpful people. They are straight up crooks at this company. I will be seeking compensation from them. Won't even let you leave a message for the owner. The most unprofessional place in the world.
It’s crazy to have to give a star to leave a review!! The customer service here is ridiculously unprofessional. I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this company. I do understand that these people have a job to do, and I take full accountability for them even having to deal with me.
