They won't let me get my license back nor my medication that's in the car that is preventing me from being dizzy and nauseous. My kids car seat is in the back. They came on Saturday without any notice and took the car. So we decided to file a police report on them

They removed my vehicle Tuesday and I paid my fee on the same day. I was told to make an appointment which I did for Wednesday and they canceled it. I called to check and was told I had to make another appointment because the tow truck person had not entered my vehicle in the system and they didn't have the location. I went to make another and the only one available was for Monday. I have still not received a conformation for the location of my car.
Dealing with a repo, Kimberly at the saucier location was very helpful, communicative and personable thru the process of retrieving my property from them! Had no issues with it or the company. If you have to go to south central for repos or tows, I'd highly recommend asking for Kimberly!
My girlfriend had her car towed last week by them. No one told her it was being told and she didn’t realize it was towed until hours later. She makes an appointment to go retrieve her items and lets them know she knows what’s in the car and that there’s an expensive gift in the car.
