I have been laying in my bill every time I get paid and they still threatened collection. Shady place they deserve no stars
Never sent a bill and sent me to collections.
I have never dealt with this office until today and it has not been a pleasant experience. I received a pay NOW bill out of nowhere for $1140 stating that my insurance denied my claim. No background on what I was being billed for or information on why my claim was denied. After contacting my insurance company we verified that they were never notified of a claim and did not provide a denial. Glad I reviewed with BCBS and looked for an EOB rather than trusting my statement to be legitimate. Do not recommend.
It seems I'm having the same issue as many other people here. Imagine my shock to receive a final notice and threat to send me to collections for a bill I never received for a procedure 6 months ago. So I of course call the number and am unable to get through for over an hour. Finally when someone picks up I explain the situation, and it turns out they never bothered to bill my insurance. I asked why I had never received an itemized bill and the best explanation was the billing was all automated amd sometimes it is "wonky." ... read more
