I had the most bizarre experience with the front office trying to get an appointment for a colonoscopy. My previous doctor retired and I was searching for a new place to get this procedure. I had to ask my family doctor to refer me to this clinic 3 different times and I was stonewalled every time with some lame reason, which turned out to be false, in every case. I have a medicare supplement plan and they are in my network, so insurance is not the problem. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. A very frustrating experience.
Brenda ketcher is a caring, dedicated to her patients, she would have been to speak with me@ 10 P.M at night not missing one of her patients. Thank God for all she's done helping me. Thanks Brenda your one of a kind.
