It was extremely unpleasant experience with this tow yard. Service was just awful and horrible. The service lady was rude and not helpful. I would avoid using this company by all possible means.
No one answers the phones or returns voicemails (if i even get to leave one at all). Update: Lady who answered the phone was very rude - they can hear when you're leaving a VM - only then did she answer when she heard I had called a few days ago with no returned call...
