Horrible. These people will lie on you and your kids. They will tell you someone is coming or going to call you but never do! They will set up appointments then NOT be there. Just awful. We've dealt with them for years. Maybe 1 person out of 15 is decent there. I truly wish Luverne had better mental health options!!!!!! Especially for our children!

The mental health facility in Luverne, Alabama, South Central Mental Health, is an absolute disgrace. The workers, particularly Sandy Flowers and Brittany, are some of the worst professionals I’ve encountered. They lack the compassion and expertise needed to properly support patients. I want to give this place zero stars. They tried turning me away when I was really struggling with my mental health and they violated my HIPPA rights. Go somewhere else where they care about helping people and won’t commit crimes.
