Outrageous customer service from Todd and Claudia. I did not miss a payment. I paid before the end of the month and then paid again after receiving notice. I was blamed for an alleged payment “error” and told the money was returned, yet no details were provided about what information was supposedly wrong. If the payment was returned, how was the money not received by them? THERE IS NO SECTION 8 VOUCHER HOMES AVAILABLE IN LEXINGTON SC AND IF YOU ARE WAITING HANG IT UP! THE SITE THEY PROVIDE TO FIND HOUSING IS SCAMMED OUT AND STEALS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THE MARKET FOR HOMES IS TOO HIGH FOR THE AMOUNT THEY GIVE YOU FOR THE VOUCHER.
