I really appreciate the workers at this Housing Authority. They're very friendly & helpful
Outrageous customer service from Todd and Claudia. I did not miss a payment. I paid before the end of the month and then paid again after receiving notice. I was blamed for an alleged payment “error” and told the money was returned, yet no details were provided about what information was supposedly wrong. If the payment was returned, how was the money not received by them? PLEASE READ THIS ALL WAY THROUGH! The negative remarks about customer service, availability of openings, etc. are strange to me. As far as customer service goes I have never had a bad experience. If they cannot pick up the line, they call you back. Ms Lynn has been a guardian angel. Many agencies are understaffed, overworked and/or budget cut or closed, with this new Presidency policies!
