I had to me was a big dilemma, two ladies had already told me basically nothing they can do. I want to thank Jewel Migus for going the extra mile to help me solve my problem, she took her time to sit and explain everything and what has to be done to fix everything in a way I understood. Came by today after getting off work and picking up my son. They said we couldn’t open an account for him or me because it was too close to the end of the day. We left our house at 4:00 to get here early. Will not be opening an account here since they are not willing to support working parents in their business.
This is a great FCU. Been using them for decades with no issues. I used to work for REV FCU and it was a nightmare over there. Ive never had any of the issues with SCFCU that I had to fix over at REV. I’m thankful for the headache free experience with this institution.
Customer service at the Oakbrook branch by Maria Mula was excellent. She conducted herself in a friendly and professional manner. She went above and beyond to assist us with our banking needs.
