Rude because I called the wrong place..
The staff here is terrible. I came with a family member who was reporting. One lady said it would be 15 minutes after waiting for 45 minutes We asked if we could make and appointment to come back or come back after lunch and it was like we said something wrong. She said I can't answer any of your questions because I don't work in this area.. ??? I asked what's her name and no one would give their names.
