My son just graduated from Miami Oxford and has been living at a campus quarter apt for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with their services and the apts. When a few minor problems arose over these last years, they had someone there fixing it within 24 hours. You just cannot get service like that in a small college town at all apt complexes. Highly recommend!
We loved living here! Our townhouse in Campus Commons on Bern Street was in a great spot—just a short walk to the Rec Center, hockey games, and uptown. The driveway and yard were super convenient, and the home itself was clean, well-built, and comfortable. South Campus Quarter was always easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a great place to live during our time at Miami!
My roommates and I lived at campus commons for 2 years. Absolutely loved it. Very new and updated. Amazing location, right by the rec and a 1 minute walk from the east edge of campus. About a 5-7 minute walk from uptown. You get your own room and share a bathroom with one person but the bathrooms are very spacious so it was never a problem sharing!
