Be careful of buying a B&D roller doors as they expect you to have a service call ever year for the fee of $100.00. So if it is a 7 year warranty you will be expected to pay $600.00 on top of the purchase price for service calls. That is what this mob hit me with when the doors motor had to be replaced. I have never heard of this practice before.
We were charged nearly double the quoted price for our service. All he did was spray lubricant everywhere, didn’t even change the batteries in the lock because he said “he didn’t have any” so we had to do that ourselves! For $215 I think we can spray our own lubricant next time. Thanks for nothing!
