Be careful if you go to South Buffalo Animal Hospital. My 12 year old dog had a lump on her nose and I was scared it could be cancer. She was checked by Dr Davis and I said I wanted it biopsied. I didn't care about the lump as it wasn't hurting her. On the day of surgery, I told Dr King who took her in that it needed to be biopsied. I told the women at the desk it needed to be biopsied and I called several times to make sure they test the lump. Instead they threw it out and couldn't find it. I was advised that... read more
PS -I would like to add to my comment I just made. This is the first time I am seeing SBAH since COVID ! I have noticed there are some negative reviews. I went on 1-28-21 and like every single other business that has a covid process in place , I thought SBAH had a very well organized covid process. Nothing. We have been using SBAH since July 2015 and we can’t say enough of how stellar Dr. Andersons , Dr. Bivens and the entire staff that helps the front end of the business. Aaron Bivens, DVM gave my dog 4 vaccines on the same day she was put under general anathesea and had oral surgery (3 molars pulled). What is even more incredible, I made it very clear my dog was only to have the Rabies shot and nothing more that day!
