The staff is dismissive and rude. The dentist is incompetent. I've had insurance approval for a procedure for nearly 3 months. First they couldn't begin the paperwork because the lost the paperwork. Then they couldn't begin because they just found the paperwork and today I simply have no idea. They are the keystone cops of dentistry, although the vaudeville keystone cops gig was funny, this place is not.
