RecommendedThe grounds are well kept. The staff are very kind and helpful. maintenance is great at responding and taking care of issues. The apartments are good for the cost.
My family moved in here in August and have lived in multiple apartments in this area over the years and South Brooke has made it the best experience! They accomplished being the best around Nashville because of their staff. The office is very well ran and when they say they will take care of something they do it! There was a drug raid while I lived there, the ceiling in my bathroom leaked horribly twice and was fixed up in a way that could only be described as "patch work," and the manager tried to make me pay almost $600 to change the carpets because of water damage over a MONTH after I moved out and had already received a final inspection letter and check, which did not once mention any damages to the carpets. Easily the shadiest management I have ever had to deal with. Glad it's over and I am in a better apartment complex.
Beautiful place to live and i would tell all my friends that this a home not just a apartment
