This office lost my cat!! He was very frightened and we agreed to have him sedated for his annuals and ear cleaning. I left him to be picked later and the tech was surprised when he bolted from carrier and was able to get up in the ceiling due to the decrepit acoustic ceiling tiles. The vet and techs did not seem concerned and one was even laughing. It has been 38 hours and my cat has not been found. Save yourself heartache and do not go to this vet clinic.
Have been taking my 3 cats here for years. I would never take them anywhere else.
