Horrible service!! They send broken parts and then blame you. Even though we have installed hundreds of tranmissions, they want to say it was tampered with... how? By installing it? By following their procedure? 100% do not recommend these guys. They will make you jumps through hoops and still say well sorry nothing we can do. So now we have to explain to the customer that they sent a bad tranmission, also they are keeping your money. Crappy service, slow response, don't stand behind their parts. Asks for all documentation proving correct install so tons of hoops to jump through for them to say sorry you as a certified shop don't know how to install a transmission after 20 years of doing those jobs. They make every excuse in the book to make sure they won't pay the warranty to save that all mighty dollar. Never will I do business with these guys again.
I dented my rim recently and found a replacement at South Bountiful Auto Parts. Way cheaper than anything else I could find. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend!
