I stopped here on my vacation and much to my surprise had to make an appointment for the following day. When I questioned the reception lady about this being a walk in clinic she said it was a walk in clinic but I had to make an appointment. I was willing to wait but instead turned down and told they were full for tonight(although no one was in the waiting room but myself?) . I highly recommend SBH Seaport Urgent Care in Boston, MA. We are from out of town and needed a medical center with a very short window to make it happen. The pharmacy recommended this facility to us. Kathy at the front desk was amazingly fantastic! She is a very efficient, kind, and caring person who coordinated receiving approval to fit my husband into their tight schedule. Terrible patient care. Visit with NP felt extremely rushed, and my concern regarding excruciating symptoms were ignored despite multiple attempts to advocate for myself and express my frustration with various medical providers not taking my history of symptoms seriously. I was not told the results of my tests during the visit - NP just kept saying they were unsure what I could have had. I made an appointment online for my son to have a cyst lanced while we were on vacation. When we went in the following morning they charged me $400. When we saw the doctor she looked at my son and said "we don't do that here, sorry" . They issued no refund and offered no help, just a sorry and you can file a claim to try to get your money back. We were in there for all of 5 minutes. I have taken him to urgent care for this ongoing problem more then once and it is a basic procedure. I have never had an urgent care refuse care... read more

Incredible service! I was traveling on business and suffering from severe seasonal allergies. I was in and out in less than an hour as a “walk in” (no appointment). Very polite and thoughtful staff. Fast process, and effective prescriptions to address the symptoms. They did very quick diagnostics to rule out flu or Covid so that we could remedy the allergy symptoms. 24 hours later and I’m feeling almost 100% again. I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful nurse practitioner on staff.
