I’ve been to Seaport Urgent Care about 5x this summer with chemo related issues, every single without exception I’ve been treated professionally warmly and with a impressive understanding of chemo side effects. It’s been a very rough summer for me and it was very comforting to know that help was right down the street! I stopped by here yesterday morning (monday 8/31) because I am currently visiting Boston as a tourist and needed medical attention for an urgent situation. I tried to explain my situation to the woman at the front desk, but since my English is not very strong, I used a translation tool and took a little longer to express myself. The team at Seaport Urgent Care do not get enough praise. I was able to get in at closing so I could get meds that helped to relieve symptoms that I was scared were going to lead me to going to the ER. The crew that evening was Kathy, Grace, Jackie and Anna. Superowmen!
I would not take my pet dog to be taken care of here. Not only does nowhere on the website specify that this team will not accept you during their lunch hour, they publicize everywhere that they accept walk-ins. This is a completely deceitful lie and an utterly perfect example of fraudulent misrepresentation. I came here last month because my acrylic nail was half snapped off. Unable to provide emergency prescriptions. I needed a temporary script while traveling. Front desk told me they don't provide urgent care prescriptions, but "other clinics might". Useful information for anyone with a similar emergency.
