Brought my car here for a new starter. Will was really great, and took the time to explain the process and my options. The car runs perfect now, and he even fixed my key that needed a new battery!
No idea how this place is still in business. Tried calling and texting about s problem that was “fixed” but clearly wasn’t. Tried calling and texting received no answer. Very bad service considering there was no follow up on replacing my steering a year ago and its still broken
This is an honest one man shop with reasonable prices. I had an issue with my brakes making a whining noise ever since another shop in Southie changed my brakes/rotors about 2 years ago and recently had them inspected and was told the pads were well worn already. I gave Will a call on Friday afternoon and was able to get my car in to him right after I got off work for him to take a look and later that evening he gave me his assessment and recommendations. According to Google, this place was open on Saturday, so I went. However it was all locked up.
Will and South Boston Auto Tech moved to a new location! Fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest. I can't recommend him more highly.
