This apartment building is actively scamming. I’ve lived here for over a year I moved in with my kids and husband Nov of 2023, from the very beginning I told them I have my own insurance but they proceeded to charge me for renters ins anyway. FOR MONTHS they charged me for renters ins and because you can’t adjust the amount you pay I was literally forced to pay for something I don’t need month after month. It was great to see Manny back and do the repairs on my garbage disposer and water leak from it. Very competent.
Detailed review: updated 2-2025 The community is very clean and maintenance is amazing. The office staff has been helpful when I needed anything, tho I don’t really need anything very often. They do not know how to answer a phone or reply to emails. Doesn't matter what time or day, they refuse to answer and ive never once received a call back when leaving a voicemail.
