The smell of animal pee and poop is overwhelming. There was only 1 good maintenance guy since I’ve been here and I just heard he’s left for a better job. The dog bins are overflowing with dog shit. I can’t even open my patio door on some days to catch a breeze because the smell of rank animal pee and poop will come into the house. The pool and grills are always a mess. Been living here for about 3 weeks, The office staff and maintenance workers are good and do their job well , but the apartment complex is not well taken care of. Trash is scattered around the property and overflowing near the dumpsters. I’ve even seen trash collectors just kicking trash to the side instead of actually cleaning it up. The lack of upkeep makes the place look neglected and uninviting. Management needs to take responsibility for keeping the complex clean.
Manny from maintenance did a really good job. Very nice guy and explains things very well.

I had my mind made up to make this my Las Vegas home until I read many reviews talking about the maintenance team and those in the front office!
