Marissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She was very accommodating and patient with us obtaining an apartment that fit our needs. She also made move in a breeze. She's easily a 5 STAR. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for an apartment here. MAHALO PIHA MARISSA!!!!🤙

"I have lived at SouthBlvd for two years, and I truly appreciate the excellent teamwork between the management and maintenance staff. Marissa, the assistant manager, and Brittany, the office manager, are always helpful and professional. The maintenance team, Sam and Manny, are also great."
We’ve been living here for almost 2 years and haven’t had any problems when it comes to maintenance or any of the office staff. They are very nice and have always followed up with me if I ever needed anything. I see some people complain about the trash or the dog poop, but obviously that’s the owner’s responsibility of picking it up or cleaning up after their dog. Brittany has been amazing answering my questions on the phone or in person & understands how hard situations can be. And Marissa has helped me out so much as well!
