Waste of a day off to *not* be told I was anemic, to go see my doctor, or what I could do to improve my hematocrit level. Seriously considering my triennial double red donations back in Iowa. Even with a 6 hour drive, there the communication was much better, and I was valued as a donor; not hustled out the door.
A huge thank you to Tina and the entire SBMF Bus #3 team! I hadn’t donated since 2014, but they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed during the blood drive. It’s caring and dedicated people like them who inspire me to keep coming back!

Wish they had their hours on this website for the lab and not just the hours for the donation place. They are different. You get discouraged when you go there on Saturday after 12 because it says on here they close at 2 and the lab actually closed at noon.
