I am a regular blood donor. I get calls and text constantly from South Bend Medical Foundations saying they are low on blood and need donors. When I go out of my way and make an appointment to donate my blood I should not have to wait around because there were walk-ins in front of me. Appointments should be your priority and walk-in should be second hand if there is room. I’m so sick of this happening it happens almost every time I go to donate I am seriously considering not doing this anymore.

This kind of awfulness you can expect when a medical business has a monopoly. My husband needed a 24-hour heavy metal test. The doctor’s office said we needed to get the additive from the South Bend Medical Foundation before we began the test. We went to the SBMF on Main St. in Mishawaka. No one there looked up the test under my husband’s name. Instead, they told us we had to have the additive before the test, and if my husband had already begun it the test was ruined. I worked here for a year straight Debbie Schaefer is by far one of the most rudest supervisors I ever had. They even had the audacity to fire me after a patient ran into my car TWICE being parked in the wrong parking lot for employees. Low standard I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here and they under pay their workers 11 an hour while they pay everyone else 17 an hour

I felt like they were very rude. They were disrespectful. I can't believe that they don't care more about customer service than they do. But you don't really have a choice sometimes where you go for this service. The south bend Clinic uses the south bend medical foundation for there more difficult lab tests. So were don't have a choice but to use them. Serval times I have had a problem with my insurance because of a mistake/ wrong code ect that they used.
