Dr. Cooper did a successful prostate surgery that has fixed all the problems I was having. I have never had any issues with the doctors and staff here in the 2 years of treatment and follow ups
I went in to have a test done and according to them I was 4 minutes late (by my clocks I was on time) so they cancelled my appointment. The anxiety I was experiencing over kidney pain and other issues magnified over this! How uncaring on their part!
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I wish I read these reviews sooner. For over TWO WEEKS I’ve been trying to have my medication refilled and I needed it TWO WEEKS AGO. I’ve called 5 times in two weeks and nothing. The degree of patient neglect is unreal. Do not go here if you value your health.
Spent 3 hours trying to get a hold of urology dept. for a post-op, follow up appointment. I finally call the clinic itself to try and get some assistance and they successfully got someone to call me back. The person who called me back was curt, rude, and acted like he couldn't be bothered to speak with me and was then dismissive of the issue that I was calling about. My bad. Just trying to spend my hard earned money with your company.
