I had an emergency kidney stone surgery on Sunday and came home that evening with a paper prescription for an antibiotic that was not sign, 3 other prescription were sent in digitally. I have found this practice to be very efficient, and the staff very helpful.
My experience with this office has been the worst ive ever had. Ive had to call 3 different times to get results for tests and another time to find out if dr was doing surgery or not to remove a kidney stone. After they told me my xray showed i did not have a stone, I had to ask them if they read my ct scan results. No they did not. my own dr told me i had a large stone. They called me back 30 mins later telling me oh yea you do have a large stone. Sabrina will need to get with dr cooper to see what he wants to do. A week go... read more
Dr. Cooper did a successful prostate surgery that has fixed all the problems I was having. I have never had any issues with the doctors and staff here in the 2 years of treatment and follow ups
I went in to have a test done and according to them I was 4 minutes late (by my clocks I was on time) so they cancelled my appointment. The anxiety I was experiencing over kidney pain and other issues magnified over this! How uncaring on their part!
