In 1991, Mark founded the SBCC and operated it as a second business. In August 1994, the SBCC incorporated with Mr. and Mrs. Tarner as majority shareholders. We now have 10 company-owned stores in northern Indiana and 10 franchised locations thoughout Indiana and Michigan. The factory is located at 3300 W. I like to bring my 3 year old places to play. But the playground and candy side of the cafe is dirty! There is a layer of dust over all the play equipment and ceiling decorations. It’s pretty gross. With the amount that’s charged for food and chocolates you’d think they could afford to pay someone to clean?

I stopped by because I had a little extra time to kill before work. I absolutely love sitting by the indoor fire! I ended up purchasing the bagel sandwich and let me tell ya... there is a reason they are $5. Worth every penny! Tasty and you can choose what kind of bagel to put it on. I could only eat 1/2 of it and saved the rest for the next day. Needed salt but it was satisfying and tasted great!
