In 1991, Mark founded the SBCC and operated it as a second business. In August 1994, the SBCC incorporated with Mr. and Mrs. Tarner as majority shareholders. We now have 10 company-owned stores in northern Indiana and 10 franchised locations thoughout Indiana and Michigan. The factory is located at 3300 W. We ate at the grill Sunday. The waiter/cashier was abrupt and unfriendly. The tables were dirty. The sandwiches were good but not the atmosphere.

Sandwich was good and there is a good selection of craft soft drinks. But lots of dirty tables and overflowing garbage stations. Unappetizing.

Sorry to hear that you don’t recommend us:/. We have great food so we do get a little busy. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we were a little short staffed and tried to keep up the best we could! Hopefully we do better for you next time. We are ALWAYS trying to improve!
The place is cool, and product is great, however the girl that waited on us was beyond rude. Our coffee was cold and when we asked if they could warm it for us... she said that we were disgusting and gave us a half a cup, saying we could wait on the rest. Then, when confronted about her rudeness, she put her hand up and said “whatever”. However, the other two ladies behind the counter were embarrassed and gave us a full refund. Likely will never return.
Had great coffee and service. The cookies were great too. Will go back for more. The Four Horseman Coffee Brewery roasts excellent beans.
Enjoy the Ice Cream selections.
I just wish they'd put a coat rack in the kids area..ive been asking for years
