Oh my goodness these guys are great. I had a bit of an emergency (or my cat did) and I just couldn't live with the stain and smell. Next Day! They came out the very next day. Done and Done! Prompt, Professional, Fast, Thorough....just a great all round experience. Noteworthy: My boyfriend who is allergic to cats cam over that night and not only didn't notice the oopsy smell but didn't suffer as he usually did. Bonus!!!
