My experience at this location has been incredibly frustrating. I tried to cancel my membership in the past because I was being charged for months despite not going, and they refused to cancel over the phone since I was out of state in college. I was being charged monthly and never going and they wouldn’t give me a refund. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at the front desk on Wednesday night. My sister, who has been trying to cancel her membership, informed the staff that she had already contacted South Beach Tanning Company’s corporate office 2 years ago due to unresolved issues with the store’s management. Instead of being met with understanding, she was accused of lying, with staff insisting they could see all interactions in their system, despite her having email correspondence from corporate. Love this location!! I’ve been going since 2019 and highly recommend them. Hali, Justina, Juliana and the rest of the staff are awesome!! I always get a spray tan and EVERYONE always compliments on how it looks. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Stopped in today for a sunless tan and was super nervous and unsure what I wanted to do and how to use the spray machine. The associate was super kind and knowledgeable on what color would be just right for me. She suggested Catalina medium which is apparently one of their most popular sprays! After letting the spray develop for a few hours, I have to say I love the color and the experience I received. I will be back in to take advantage of more fabulous spray tans!
