Heavyset lady working the front desk & supposedly the “manager” has downright horrible customer service. And is the worst representative for the company with THAT orange & splotchy of a tan….

Today was my first time visiting this location. I've heard very positive comments about this salon. I was greeted by Jordyn. She is absolutely phenomenal. She's very personable, professional and courteous. She provided excellent customer service & answered all of my questions. After my tanning session, I met Loren. She's a delightful person to speak to. She recommend & explained the benefits of the Red Light Therapy and assisted me with buying more body lotions.
