I called being so nice, and the person who answered the phone was so rude like if my call was bothering her. Some people need to understand that they get paid to do a job, which in this case is (costumer service, answering the phone) And if you don’t like your job just leave and let someone else do it like they’re are supposed to do it.
I made a phone call to make an appointment And they said , ok we are going to take first your information and we are going to call you back . It has been a week and I never received a call. I called them again, they make me wait , they ask for my name and they say sorry we don’t nothing available until September! And that was all. So Asking for mental health is really a problem here !
