This property is not being taken care of! Always dirty pool is always dirty. The police are always here it is ridiculous! Literally SWAT was here with drones,K9 dogs and about 7 cars they blocked off the exit no one could come in or out. Honestly not a safe place to live I can not wait until my lease is up moving asap.
I have been looking for a new place to live for 2 mos and this is a place for me! The amenities are amazing and the front office is great. They are friendly and helpful. I'm excited about being a resident.
This place used to be called “South Beach Resort” some years ago and that’s when it felt like luxury. Then they got new management and renamed it “South beach by Logan” and now it feels more like section 8. I’ve tried giving this place a chance and being patient with the ongoing problems but I can’t do it anymore. I’ve been here for 3 years. The cops are here every other week. I would literally eat a stair before moving here. I hate it i hate it I hate it it gets worse and worse every month. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here! They don’t deserve even one star. I moved here almost 2 years ago, the old management was great! But since there is a new management.. it’s a shitshow! Where should I start??? I got almost $500 over charged for my rent, they said it was a system mistake and I’ll get credit for next month rent. Next month rent came and my credit disappeared and I got overcharged AGAIN!!! They claim it gonna take them 30 days to pay me my money back!! 30 days?!?
