This unique Inn has the amenities of a large resort while offering the personal touches expected from a local bed and breakfast. All of our guests have one hour of court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club, the use of the South Beach swimming pool mid-March through October and convenient beach access.

RecommendedNice room with fantastic sunrise and sunset views. Nice outdoor bar to relax and enjoy a cocktail or two with friends and family. Plenty for all to do.
rooms well kept and updated. great location on the water although no beach access. boat cruises leave from here. in the midst of the Salty Dog restaurants and shops. located within Sea Pines and near Harbor Town.
We stayed for our 10th anniversary in room 217. Great view, but the room is in serious need of repair. Large areas of peeling painted over wallpaper, mold/mildew problems in the loft bathroom, water damage behind one of the beds, power outlets that don’t work, running toilet, and mice in the walls. Definitely not worth the $185/night they charged us and when I reached out about these issues after our trip I received no response.
Great place to stay. Good, shopping, biking and much more.
First time at Hilton Head and we loved it! The Inns are absolutely adorable, and the convience of having everything right below you was great! We'll definitely be back! Oh, and the parrots were definitely a plus, my girls loved them!
The Inn is so cozy and relaxing! Will definitely return!
