I work out everyday. I travel almost every week for work and get to see how a lot of different gyms operate. This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. First off their called "South Beach Fitness" as if they are one of the great high tech Miami gyms....Please, your not fooling anyone with that name. Second I had the great pleasure of speaking with the manager or owner who was a complete loon. A very rude and pushy person. I felt like he was trying to sell me a vacuum cleaner! Great fitness center. A true professional atmosphere with really superior Classes. They just got new Infra RED Saunas that are awesome. Low prices too.
Best gym beachside in South Brevard County!
I love this place! I always had a hard time working out @ gyms with all the healthy people everywhere. Now i'm there 3 times a week thanks to the classes @ South Beach Fitness. The new café is amazing and the staff and instructors were very very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also one of the CLEANER Gyms I've ever been to.
If you believe in the golden rule, e.g. treat others as you would be treated, keep looking. I understand that apathetic, low paid, uneducated staff are not going to provide stellar service but minimally they should care about their jobs - this starts from the top leadership. I actually had a staff member throw something at me across the desk; despicable! As a corporate professional, if I acted like this with my clients or internal customers, I wouldn't last long in the position. I have no intention of renewing my membership ... read more
Generic gym that thinks it's better than it is. It's not cheap, and there are very few amenities. The equipment is clean and only breaks *sometimes* which is about the best you can say about it. Better off going to a full-service gym with pool and amenities for the same price.
Nice atmosphere, nice people. Very clean
I do not recommend this place. The arrogant son of the people who rent that gym space out to the public should be reminded that without paying cusomers who want treated with a little common respect,that he would not even be standing there giving senior citizens a hard time over changing the music!
