I’ve heard nothing but great things about this longstanding gems on Miami Beach and they exceeded my expectations. They graciously allowed to still after a late arrival due to traffic & construction onto the beach. Jolie and Simone were extremely welcoming. They took great care of me to jump right in. Bojan was amazing - great energy, attentive, and made sure my form was correct while emphasizing breath + light feet. This space is unpretentious and set up for you to take no shit. Looking forward to coming back!
Tough but great coaches and great atmosphere all around, I would recommend this place for people of all levels.
Amazing gym right by the beach in south beach Miami with an amazing staff and wonderful building. Great classes and lots to learn
Very welcoming for newcomers, great staff, great workouts. The owner seems to attract good clientele, and it’s even a kid/dog friendly environment If you become a member you’ll also have access to their gym equipment, which is a great perk. Great gym - especially for locals!
Best boxing gym/ fitness class I’ve tried so far (and I’ve been to a lot lol). Everyone is super nice and welcoming and the classes are no joke 😅. Jolie, Romeo and Bojan are great teachers and you never feel lost. Regardless of level they always make sure to help you and teach you something new. I love it!
