I'm just thankful for some excellent of out patient care doctor with staff of OVL clinic is so good excellent care of me alot ofmenegent from 2009it to help with my mental health from out of the hospital in 2009 so amazing how Staten island does not having a too be able to open Saturdays clinics and mental illness issue so that they're all overwhelmed limited services offered and services offered at my listings for mental health clinical on with Staten Island because I really regret for moving from Brooklyn to staten island ... read more

There is not enough options for mental health system. We are so grateful to have found a place for my grandson South Beach adolescence I cannot say enough about Dr. Pong psychiatrist and Rose therapist they have gone above and beyond and truly do care as if my grandson was one of their own. They are simply amazing forever grateful . in my opinion, people should appreciate this facility as parents we should be so grateful to have help when we’re feeling hopeless

If I could give no stars I could. They do what they want, when they want, the staff is incompetent and dos not care. They are only there to collect a check. Please do not think any staff that works for this facility is good or has integrity. They do what’s best for them, not the patient of their family. They course and trick vulnerable people into signing and doing things they shouldn’t

Very bad experience. i put my husband over there. Dr. Dea was taking care of his mental health. i requested her and told about my husband mental health. request to her to keep him for a while . she didnot pay attention at all. today only because of her i am in trouble. living a life like hell because she lie to me. didnot even pick up my call and neither reply any of email. if something happen to me. she is responsible
