I was not satisfied with this vet. Overall I would not recommend this facility to a friend or a colleague. It is very small and the staff was not very friendly.

They always made sure that my Stalone wasn't in any pain. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. The examining rooms at South Bay Vet was immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Helpful staff, truly compassionate and caring atmosphere. The vet herself is very approachable, and I can always count on good, informed answers to my questions. Helped us greatly as we managed the unfortunate decline of our wonderful dog, providing intelligent options in a clear way.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
