I had an emergency repair at my home in Manhattan Beach. I called Juan, the owner at South bay Maintenance and he very promptly replied and set an appointment. His estimate was accurate and very fair. The service itself was excellent. Juan seems to be a person you can trust to take care of just about anything that can come up. Big projects to small fixes. I plan to make them my first call whenever necessary in the future.
I have had a broken window for 5 years, but I could still use it until it came out of the side slot. I called Juan and he came promptly and really analyzed the problem. He got out numerous tools and repaired the window perfectly. I no longer need the super expensive new window that I ordered! He did the job for $50 and the replacement window if thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend that you just call Juan when something breaks. He does a great job!!
Juan and his business are always on time. We rely on this company because they are fast workers and get the job done every single time. Not only are they amazing workers but there very respectful.
