I called South Bay Maintenance because I needed a retractable hose installed on my patio and Juan came out the very same day to install it! He was very professional, friendly, and did a perfect job installing the hose. His rate was extremely reasonable and the job was done within the hour, too. I highly recommend Juan and South Bay Maintenance!

I have been using South Bay Maintenance for over 15 years, for all jobs both big and small. Juan and his team have provided service on a full range of issues- minor repairs, tile work, painting, even assembling furniture. Have you ever had someone so good that you don’t want to leave a nice review because you don’t want them to get too busy? Well, that’s how I feel about Juan and his team at South Bay Maintenance. I had an emergency repair at my home in Manhattan Beach. I called Juan, the owner at South bay Maintenance and he very promptly replied and set an appointment. His estimate was accurate and very fair. The service itself was excellent. Juan seems to be a person you can trust to take care of just about anything that can come up. Big projects to small fixes. I plan to make them my first call whenever necessary in the future.
