they do offer very competitive rate, but DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME, even after triple comfirmed with 2 different CSRs, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever, managers rudeif you dont care about delivery time and only want cheap service, theyre probably the one youre looking for
the WORST warehouse to work and do business with. TERRIBLE! the owner is South Bay is a cheapstake. I would definitly recommend other companies before Southbay. They have screwed-up on many clients already. DO NOT DEAL with South Bay!
