I was referred to Dr. Dixon by another doctor for surgery, but after evaluation he determined no surgery was necessary and with his treatments, my injury is almost completely back to normal! The staff was incredibly kind and easy to work with, and I never had any problems with appointments or payments whatsoever. I have custom inserts that have made a world of difference and am incredibly happy with my treatment.

I feel very grateful for, and relieved by, the excellent level of care I received at this office. I was extremely nervous about my procedure, but Tania, Johanna, and especially Dr. Tsai were incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. My procedure was over relatively quickly, thorough instructions were provided, and I had relatively little pain the next day. An absolutely atrocious facility whose staff cares very little about patients. The degree of incompetence that engulfs this place is baffling. First they say they never received my surgical clearance form 1 and a half months from which I turned it in. Then falsely claiming my surgery will be on One date then move it to another a week before and also never scheduling a preop. Which I just learned had to a week in advance.
