Request for quote was fast. Asked for bid on 2 chain link gates, 40 ft of 3 rail fencing and a wood 3 rail front gate entrance with approx 30 ft of 3 rail fencing. Overall workmanship is average to poor; in which construction team could not properly space 3 rail fencing and material was re-set to proper spacing. Wow. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and he knows how to navigate HOA! Once we got the blessing - his guys have been done in one day! We had a tricky fence, due to the slope, and mikes team made it work. What an upgrade to the old falling apart fence we had! Note - mikes quote includes con-heart, which is a better piece of wood! Go with mike - you will be happy!
Had fence installed and a section of it didn't last 4yrs, the company said it has a 10 year warranty but wouldn't come back and fix the fence after multiple calls
I could not be happier with the bid, quality of work, and communications with South Bay Five Star Fence. Michael and his teams only do fencing. They use the best materials, tools, and designs on their fences. They remove the old fence for "free", and left the site clean. They were our lowest bid, did the work on time and to the original bid. Can't beat them.
