Un buen trato cordial
I had a few things to take care of so I decided to just stop by the office. OMG the staff was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. I honestly was expecting more of a DMV experience, but was pleasantly surprised! Thank you to the friendly staff.
If you don’t have a FasTrak transponder, be cautious. Many toll booths have broken card readers and tap-to-pay systems. You may need exact cash or risk being forced to pay an extra $2 processing fee online afterward. It seems there's little incentive to fix the machines—so plan ahead!
Theft.. even you close your account they still charging you.. you guys be careful on this fastrak device.. never open on this bogus company..
