Full disclosure I had a disappointing experience in the store 3-4 years ago but I heard there was change in leadership/ownership. My recent visit was a completely different experience. The crew from Chris to David and anyone else in between were all friendly, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They are my first visit to test ride the bike I was interested in.
