Terrible terrible. I needed help, I called and asked how I could go about beginning to get care. The woman on the phone told me she couldn't refer me to any services, that I would have to refer myself, even though I explained I wanted to know what services were offered and wasn't exactly sure how to go about this process, she rudely and curtly told me she couldn't help me and I had to return to the website and refer myself for services. In therapy for 3yrs, quit because therapist was an unprofessional bully. Constantly invalidating my emotions. No empathy what so ever. Telling me to move on & get over it. Never going back to this place again.
Communication procedures are awful. Billing is incoherent. Support is minimalistic.
Why is this place even still open, any amount of research will show you lawsuits, malpractice, therapist that disapear without notice or trace, a lack of record keeping, extremely unprofessional responses to everything and a complete lack of accountability for any of those actions
