Outstanding service! I unfortunately have been rear ended twice in the past two years. Each time I took the car to Andy and he did an amazing job, making the car look new again. He handled everything with the at-fault drivers' insurance, making the process as painless as possible for me. Amazing small business, exceptional work product, very fair pricing, and outstanding communication throughout. Could not recommend more highly!
Andy and his team were AWESOME! I was hit by an e-bike young man. Dad wanted to handle out of pocket. Andy got a quick estimate, took on my car in just a few days, and fixed my wife’s car in the same week. He handled the $ from the dad so it was an easy & painless process. My wife had her car hit in a parking lot about 1 year ago. Based on what I saw, thought it was going to be over $4,000. Andy’s price was 2.5k and our car looks GREAT. One would never know it was hit with a dent and scratches on the hood! TY Andy!!
I am reliant on my vehicle to run my services as a transporter and I had a starter/ignition failure in my car, which put me out of service until my vehicle was fixed, needless to say. Excellent experience at SB Collision. The owner, Andy, is quick to communicate with and honest. I got into a collision with my BMW with other party at fault and honestly held off on repairing for months because I’ve been in scamming incidents with other shops. Andy helped communicate with the insurance and took care of everything for me. It was such an easy seamless process. Also, he made sure to get me OEM parts. Somebody hit my car and wanted to pay OOP for the repairs. Andy was able to see me right away for an estimate. He inspected the car and quickly got me an estimate and a timeline He worked with the person who hit me to collect payment so I didn’t have to deal with that. My car was done in 4 days and looks brand new. Andy was quick, easy to communicate with via text or calls and worked with my schedule. Highly recommend!!
