I had an excellent experience at South Bay Cardiovascular Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The front office team made scheduling and check-in smooth, and I appreciated how organized everything was. Doctor does not answer questions instead makes you feel stupid. Makes mistakes on lab slips - blames the lab. Same behavior with pharmacy. She yells at patients. Yelled at me. Refused to answer my questions instead left the room. Without closing the appt. Like. We are done… I have Lyme as well so I see 7 different specialists. She’s the most horrid experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE
I spoke with Danielle in regards to a special program Dr. offers. Danielle was rude and unprofessional, rushing the call to end before I could ask further questions about my reasoning for calling. Will never be working with this office because of the way admin treats people. I’m sure Dr. is wonderful just sad to see that the front desk rep isn’t so kind.
