Rented out two of their newest pontoons this past summer, when my family was in town visiting. Both boats were super nice and clean! We were able to connect our phone via BT, which was def useful since we forgot our cord. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, as this was a first for us. Looking forward to rent from these guys again!
I brought my boat there at the beginning of the summer. These guys were awesome and are very reasonable in price. They fixed my boat in 1 week. Young guys who are the owners. Very intelligent and motivated.
Brought my boat there in pieces and with no motor in it, they worked on it the entire time till it was 100% complete and right. Highly recommend them for all boating needs, will not be disappointed with the service and quality of work.
Boat died easily 30 Times brought it to their attention said it's fine got a ticket cause the only way it would move is if I was speeding
We rented a boat from them, the boat would stall out before we even hit the speed limit and when getting the boat to actually move somewhere we get pulled over and ticketed by the sherrifs, we call the owners and they gives us a piss off cuz we already signed and rented a boat. Rent a boat else where they do t care about their customers.
Called South Bay with a Genesee River boating emergency on a Sunday and they were kind enough to stop by to troubleshoot the motor. Boat is now in their shop getting a new fuel pump and a full check-up. They provided immeasurable assistance and they will be the only ones I call from now on.
