Had this place recommended by a friend who knows Toyotas and took my 2000 Tundra down from San Francisco to have The owner do the important maintenance(timing belt water pump fan bracket etc). He was very knowledgeable, found a few other things that needed attention and had the truck done in a day. Pricing was very fair and the quality of work was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my trucks/cars down to Southbay Autoworks for any issues in the future!

I ordered mirror caps because they were having a deal and I couldn’t miss the chance so I jumped right on it, I placed it and 2 months later now they claim to have it delivered but I never received anything from them, Southbay is honestly a scam and I can see why they had a “deal” their email response team didn’t even help my situation at all the product are good but the customer support is awful, I just got my money stolen
