I have taken both my 1997 E320 and my 2001 S430 there for varying types of maintenance (services, shock/strut, transmissions work and basic mechanical). Rick has always been down to earth with me, and never tries to make a quick buck. I kid you not, he's stopped me from spending money when I didn't need to!
