I will never ever bring my vehicles to South Bay ever again! I was a long time customer because the service was fast and reliable. Luis at the front desk was always direct and communicative. Whenever I needed a certain service he’d always do as I requested with no add ons. I’ve recently dropped off my vehicle because of some mechanical and electrical issues, as soon as I dropped off my car the lady at the front desk told me they would have to run a diagnostic test in order to see what maybe the issue?
